Water consumption is among the most important factors in weight loss! Water gives your body everything it needs to restore fluids that are lost through metabolism, breathing, and sweating. Re-hydrating your system after workouts is especially important. A good average to shoot for is 8 glasses of water a day (64 oz per day).
